Overview

Coordination Section plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and management of various administrative and financial tasks. Our work encompasses the following key areas:

Coordination and Monitoring

  • Overseeing the data and inputs from all sections within the WS Division
  • Ensuring timely submission of the inputs as sought from CIC Division and other divisions under MHA and other Ministries/Departments
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the matters pertaining to WS Division
  • Other miscellaneous tasks

Budget Management

  • Monitoring the budget for the division and its attached offices
  • Ensuring financial compliance and efficient allocation of resources

Parliamentary and Administrative Handling

  • Managing Parliament questions and assurances
  • Addressing VIP references, RTIs, and CPGRAMS
  • Coordinating with other divisions and ministries on matters pertinent to the WS Division

Through these activities, Coordination Section ensures effective coordination, transparency, and efficiency in the functioning of the WS Division and its attached offices.
