The Counter Terrorism and Counter Radicalization (CTCR) Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs deals with policy formulation, coordination, and implementation of measures related to counter-terrorism and counter-radicalization in India. It monitors terror financing, online radicalization, and extremist activities, and works closely with central and state agencies. The Division also handles matters related to banned organizations, unlawful activities under relevant laws, and international cooperation on counter-terrorism.
