The Cabinet has approved a Scheme for Modernization of Forensic Capacities encompassing various components, including the establishment of an off-campus NFSU, Centres of Excellence, Accreditation of Colleges with the NFSU, and the creation of training academies. It involves strengthening State FSLs and deploying Mobile Forensic Vans in all districts.
